We wander thru darkness
In search of peace and light.
Looking in every corner
For everything that’s right.
Seeking every moment
For just one ounce of joy.
Trying to lay down
All the crushing bounds of worry.
No need to seek and search
All across the land.
For all that you are looking for
Is found in the Son of Man.
He’s not in a far-a-way place
He’s only a whisper away.
The time for you is now
Call on Him today.
He’s just across the river
Don’t trek in the wilderness.
He wants to be with you
Your heart to always bless.
No matter where you’ve been
No matter what you’ve done.
Don’t turn from Him now
For the victory’s been won.
