Love was born some time ago
To shower on those who came
To mend the broken heart of man
Yet never to gain fame.
Love grew some time ago
To share the light of joy
To put a smile on the face
Of man, woman, girl and boy.
Love died some time ago
Because hatred filled man’s heart
Trying to separate love from man
Pulling them forever apart.
Love returned in three days
To reign forever more
To crush the head of those who hate
And win the eternal war.
